With the support of former Chief Minister Shri Eknathji Shinde Saheb, the Sanstha received a three-storey building from the Thane Municipal Corporation in 2024. On 8 February 2024, the new building of Devram Laxman Bhoir Degree College of Arts, Commerce, and Science was inaugurated. The event was graced by former Chief Minister Shri Eknathji Shinde Saheb and former Education Minister Shri Deepakji Kesarkar Saheb, who jointly opened the new campus.
The college focuses on holistic development, nurturing both academic excellence and personal growth. It actively encourages student participation through events such as the week-long DLB Tarang Fest, placement seminars, personality development workshops, and coaching for competitive exams. A dedicated and supportive faculty ensures an inclusive environment and strong mentor–student relationships. The campus offers modern infrastructure, including a state-of-the-art building with spacious, airy classrooms—some air-conditioned—well-equipped science and computer labs, and a well-resourced library. Practical labs are air-conditioned and designed for hands-on learning, while the use of advanced teaching technology enhances the overall academic experience.
Faculty members are known for being qualified, approachable, and supportive, contributing to positive student feedback. The campus also features a large playground and hosts various sports activities, promoting physical development. Many students also find the fee structure reasonable.
